# Sandbox limits and quota exceeded errors

> Resolve QUOTA_EXCEEDED errors by checking your Blaxel account tier, memory allocation, payment method, and sandbox quota.

If sandbox creation returns `QUOTA_EXCEEDED`, your workload may exceed the limits for your account tier. Memory limits and allowed sandbox counts vary by tier.

## Resolve quota errors

If you need more than your tier's standard limits, top up credits to upgrade your tier or request a quota increase in the Console. Tier 0 users must add a payment method and upgrade to Tier 1 before requesting an increase.

In exceptional cases, contact support. Blaxel may manually increase quota limits for larger workloads where necessary.

## Troubleshoot your quota

1. Verify your account tier and payment method in your account settings.
2. Reduce the sandbox memory allocation temporarily and retry the request.
3. Review the official quota documentation.
4. Contact support with the exact error and your memory requirements if the problem continues.
